Terms and Conditions of Booking with The LDA (Southwest)

By booking a Dental Nurse with The LDA (Southwest), you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Payment TermsFull payment for the Dental Nurse hire is due within 7 days of the invoice date.

Failure to settle the invoice within this period will result in a late payment charge.

Late Payment ChargesAny invoice not paid within the 7-day period will incur a late payment fee of £25 per week until the full payment has been received.

Responsibility for PaymentIt is the responsibility of the client to ensure timely payment of invoices.

The LDA (Southwest) reserves the right to take appropriate action in cases of non-payment, which may include suspending services or pursuing legal action.

By proceeding with the booking, you acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions.
